• Lift Mopping and Wiping to ensure that it is free of litter, dust, dirt or spillages
• Flooring Vacuum cleaning including edges and skirtings shall be cleaned in such a way to preserve floor covering. The process should ensure all floor areas are reasonably clear of debris or dust
• Internal glass surfaces wiping to include surrounds, ledges, paintwork and fittings
• Stairs vacuum to ensure all stairs are clear of debris or dust
• Wiping of handrails to ensure free of dust or dirt.
• Internal/Communal doors wiping to be free of dirt, dust, fingerprints or smears
• Dusting ceiling surfaces from cobwebs and other debris
• Garage Litter picking and sweeping to be maintained in a clean and litter free condition avoiding any build-up of dirt, soiling, litter, leaves or other debris
• Bin Compound Sweeping at every visit
